I have spent my week looking up, literally. I’ve been up and down a ladder fixing, finishing, and painting drywall on a ceiling. And, for every up and down and every hour of crimped neck, I’ve been thinking about how we can allow things to change directions, how we create the intention that is required to allow for new ideas to emerge. And to be honest, I am ready for things to look up (figuratively not literally) and I am willing to look up from where I am to be able to envision where I can go.
